Severance Hall
Severance Hall, home to the renowned Cleveland Orchestra, was renovated by David M. Schwarz Architectural Services in the late 1990’s to to restore the Hall and its beautiful historic spaces to their 1930's decorative glory. Two Twelve created richly detailed aluminum and brass signage to mark the Hall’s performance spaces and direct patrons to seating levels. The signage also tied the newly created public spaces to older parts of the hall. While matching the elegance of its surroundings, the signage yet remains strong and simple enough to stand out against the opulence of the architectural details to provide patrons the useful information that they require.
